Booking and Cancellation
All NEW clients to SCIN (not already on our database) to recieve a 20 % discount when they book their first treatment. Just quote the website when booking and we will honour the discount. Offer is open to all treatments except courses and cannot be used against or for the purchase of Scin Beauty Vouchers.
All existing clients who introduce a NEW client to SCIN will be entitled to a FREE File and Polish in addition to the NEW clients discount for their friend. Again, just quote the website and the same limitations apply as above.

Upon booking an appointment you will be required to provide credit or debit card details which are held securely on our system. Scin has a 100% cancellation policy for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your appointments time.
Please make every attempt to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Although we always make every attempt to accomodate late arrivals, failure to arrive on time for your appointment may result in the length of your treatment being reduced.
If you are coming to Scin for the first time you will be required to fill in a client information form prior to your treatment. This contains questions relating to the state of your health and other personal details that we are required for insurance purposes to obtain prior to treating you.
Groups and Parties
Scin is able to accomodate groups and parties of up to about 10 people (this is dependent on which treatments members of the party want to have). If you have a party requirement please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help. Combining a few treatments at Scin with lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants on Kensington Park Road can be a great way to celebrate.
